Our origin

Why we built ToothNote.ai.

Specialist practices repeatedly reconstruct the same clinical story across the chart, referral letter, patient explanation, and insurance workflow. ToothNote.ai began with a focused goal: make the referral letter dramatically easier without losing the specialist's voice or control. From there, the product grew into a connected workflow for the encounter, reviewed evidence, clinical documentation, and the relationships around the case.

ToothNote.ai is operated by FSHBWL AI LLC, the legal entity used in contracts and Business Associate Agreements.
