Measurements by ToothNote.ai

Capture it once. Stop retyping it everywhere else.

Specialty measurements should not disappear into screenshots, side notes, or narrative text. ToothNote.ai keeps the value, tooth, source, and date together, then carries the reviewed finding into the patient record and the documentation that follows.

The same evidence workflow, shaped for each specialty.

Every specialist can bring in the recorded exam, health history, radiographs, and clinical photos. ToothNote.ai reads visible findings, then adds the chart or measurement evidence specific to the specialty and keeps it all together for review.

Clinician-controlled by design

The measurement stays evidence. The clinician makes the call.

ToothNote.ai preserves what was measured, where it came from, and when it was recorded. Derived outputs appear only when the required source data exists. Clinical interpretation remains with the clinician.

Frequently asked questions

Does ToothNote.ai diagnose from device measurements?

No. ToothNote.ai preserves the measured value, source, tooth, protocol, and clinical context. Device measurements are presented as measurements, not diagnoses, and remain subject to clinician review.

What endodontic measurements can ToothNote.ai capture?

ToothNote.ai can capture per-tooth electrical pulp testing values, the control tooth and control value, and the signed EPT differential. The same grid also records cold, percussion, palpation, and bite-test findings.

Can periodontal measurements be used in clinical documents?

Yes. After clinician review and confirmation, supported periodontal measurements can ground the patient record, notes, letters, appeals, and a printable periodontal chart. CAL and AAP classification are only computed when the required source measurements are present.
