Four days with Southeast periodontists at the Ritz-Carlton. The demo that worked was the simplest one: a doctor dictated a referral letter into an iPhone at the booth, and it was finished, addressed, and ready to send before the conversation ended. That is the wedge we lead with now.

Three days on the exhibit floor with Western and Southwestern periodontists, and the same request came from every direction: a note that reads the chart, the radiograph, and the probing, not just the conversation. That request shaped the evidence-aware documentation we ship today.
